Retirement Cottages
Residents of the Lions Village Retirement Cottages occupy their homes under a Life Rights arrangement. This means that they have the right to occupy a particular cottage for the rest of their lives, providing stability and security in their housing situation. The Life Rights arrangement falls under the Housing Development Scheme for Retired Persons Act, which provides legal protections and regulations for retirement housing.
THE Stella Kermack Home
Independent Senior Living
The Stella Kermack Home provides a supportive and nurturing environment for senior with low to medium level care requirements. A combination of independent living with access to nursing and cleaning staff ensures that residents receive the care they need while still maintaining their autonomy. The emphasis on hobbies, reading, and enjoying the outdoors on the porch creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere for the residents to socialise and pursue their interests.

Mid-Level & Frail Care
